Joe Fleming has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry and a broad range of expertise. Before joining Sealy & Company in 2003, he began his real estate career with Colliers International in Dallas, Texas. There he specialized in multiple operations of client representation, including retail and industrial real estate.

Since joining Sealy Real Estate Services, Joe has expanded his focus to include rural land. He specializes in investment-grade timberland and income-producing agricultural properties over 1,000 acres. He has consulted and brokered rural land transactions in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, totaling over 100,000 acres. In 2012 he established Fleming Land Company, LLC, which is active in rural land consulting, development, and acquisition. During this time, Joe has procured and maintained relationships with active buyers and sellers of farm and timberland, including individuals, families, TIMO’s and institutional clientele.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University. His extensive network also includes professional memberships and affiliations, some of these include a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division, Louisiana Commercial Database, the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, the Texas Forestry Association, and the Louisiana Forestry Association.
