Brandon Creel joined SRES with a background that blends commercial real estate operations, construction management, and brokerage. His experience across ownership, leasing, and property management provides a well-rounded perspective on evaluating and improving commercial assets.

Prior to joining SRES, Brandon worked with Earnest Properties LLC, where he oversaw the operational management of a commercial portfolio totaling approximately 500,000 SF across more than 20 properties. He coordinated property operations, managed expenses, and supported leasing and improvement initiatives while working closely with ownership to enhance asset performance. His earlier construction experience on commercial, residential, and roadway projects provides valuable insight when evaluating development opportunities, capital improvements, and site feasibility.

At SRES, Brandon focuses on sales and leasing while contributing to broader asset and portfolio strategies. His operational background enables him to approach transactions with a practical understanding of how properties perform day-to-day, helping owners and tenants make informed decisions while maintaining a focus on long-term value creation.

A Shreveport native, Brandon graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. While at LSU, he minored in Business Administration and Technical Sales and was actively involved in the Construction Student Association and Kappa Alpha Order. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys traveling and spending time in the mountains, where he is an avid snow skier.
