Joe Fleming brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and land investment advisory. He began his career in 2003 with Colliers International in Dallas, Texas, where he focused on industrial tenant and landlord representation, developing a strong foundation in complex negotiations and institutional client service.

Since joining Sealy Real Estate Services, he has built a diverse brokerage practice spanning office, retail, industrial, and rural land transactions. While remaining active in commercial leasing and investment sales, he has developed a specialized focus on large-scale rural properties. Joe concentrates on investment-grade timberland and income-producing agricultural assets, typically exceeding 1,000 acres, and has structured and brokered transactions totaling more than 200,000 acres across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. His clients include private investors, multi-generational landowners, developers, TIMOs, and institutional groups.

In 2012, he founded Fleming Land Company, LLC, expanding his work into rural land consulting, acquisition strategy, and development. The company remains active in select rural land investment opportunities. Joe is known for applying a disciplined underwriting approach, deep regional market knowledge, and the ability to structure complex transactions involving timber valuation, infrastructure considerations, and long-term investment strategy.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University. He is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® Commercial Investment Division, the Louisiana Commercial Database, the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, the Texas Forestry Association, and the Louisiana Forestry Association.
