Melissa Riddick, SIOR, has been a licensed commercial real estate professional since 1990, bringing over three decades of experience in the sale and leasing of industrial, retail, office, and land assets across Louisiana. She is SRES’s only Associate Broker, providing an added level of licensure, experience, and transaction oversight.

Melissa joined the firm following early experience in Sealy & Company’s commercial construction division, giving her a working knowledge of development, infrastructure, and asset positioning. She further expanded her expertise through six years in property and asset management, overseeing retail and industrial portfolios across Shreveport, Bossier City, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans.

Her background also includes experience as an account executive for a regional advertising and public relations firm, strengthening her ability to position assets and communicate value in competitive markets.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University and is a licensed real estate broker, Notary Public, and active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the National Association of REALTORS, and the Louisiana REALTORS. She is also actively involved with the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS, where she previously served as President and on the Board of Directors.
