Patrick Beauvais is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in industrial, land, and development transactions. Since entering brokerage, he has built a strong track record advising clients on complex site selection, land use, and infrastructure-driven opportunities, including recent representation in data center-related transactions and advisory assignments.

Patrick brings a background rooted in industrial operations, logistics, and project management, beginning his career in 2010. He previously served as Vice President of Operations for a regional distribution company in East Texas, where he oversaw multi-site operations, logistics, profit and loss management, and project forecasting. This experience provides a practical, operations-first perspective when advising clients on site feasibility, infrastructure requirements, and long-term asset performance.

In 2019, Patrick founded L&D Land Management, a company focused on raw land services. Through this work, he developed deep experience in zoning, municipal processes, and land entitlement considerations, while building strong relationships with landowners, local officials, and industry stakeholders.

A graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Business Administration, Patrick remains actively involved in the local community. He serves on the Bodcau Soil & Water Conservation District Board and supports farmers and timberland owners through various land and conservation programs. He also serves as Secretary and Treasurer for the South Bossier Water System.
