OUR TEAM

Sean joined the Sealy team in 1988 with a vast range of experience. He has an education in Drafting Technology and studied at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he earned his BS in Industrial Engineering. Sean has been with the Sealy team for over 30 years and is the CAD Project Design Manager. He is actively involved in project coordination with various departments, including the SRES team and agents, Property Management, and Construction Management. Sean is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing design projects from beginning to end, with a strong focus on production efficiency. With 30+ years of experience, he specializes in space configurations and value design engineering.
