SRES Represents STACK Infrastructure in Data Center Transaction

SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER CITY, LA - (February 23, 2026) – Sealy Real Estate Services (SRES) announces the acquisition of land for two data center campuses in Northwest Louisiana and congratulates the North Louisiana Economic Partnership (NLEP) and its client, STACK Infrastructure, on the milestone. The projects were announced today in coordination with state and regional economic development leaders.

STACK Infrastructure is developing multiple hyperscale data centers in Caddo and Bossier parishes to support large-scale cloud computing and artificial intelligence workloads, including Amazon. Patrick Beauvais of SRES led the land procurement for STACK, and Mark Sealy, President of SRES, oversaw the assignment.

The planned sites are expected to total an estimated $12 billion in investment:

  • Blanchard, Louisiana (Caddo Parish): A site exceeding 500 acres located near the intersection of Blanchard Latex Road and State Line Road.

  • Bossier Parish: A 1,000-acre site located north of Benton near LA Highway 3 and Old Plain Dealing Road.

The projects were announced during an event with Governor Jeff Landry on February 23rd, and represent a significant, long-term infrastructure expansion in Northwest Louisiana.

“Data centers are not just technical facilities; they are long-term infrastructure,” said Patrick Beauvais, who represented STACK in the transaction. “When they are  planned and located responsibly, data centers bring durable investment, skilled jobs, and upgraded infrastructure that strengthens the community well beyond the project site itself.”

Mark Sealy, President of Sealy Real Estate Services, added, “Projects like this act as economic catalysts. They bring outside capital into the region, accelerate infrastructure improvements, and signal to other national investors that Northwest Louisiana is capable of supporting complex, large-scale development.”

Sealy Real Estate Services provided brokerage representation for site selection and land acquisition related to the project. Additional project details will be released by state and regional partners.

This release aligns with STACK Infrastructure’s project announcement regarding the Northwest Louisiana data center developments, issued February 23, 2026- see their announcement here.
