SRES Attends ICSC@RED RIVER 2026 in San Antonio
Members of the Sealy Real Estate Services and Sealy & Company team recently attended ICSC@RED RIVER 2026, commencing February 16th at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Jonathan Sealy, Property Manager and Louisiana Brokerage Agent, along with Melissa Riddick, Associate Broker, and Roland Ricou, Brokerage Agent, attended on behalf of Sealy Real Estate Services and Sealy & Company. The group connected with retail, investment, and development professionals from across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Throughout the two-day conference, the SRES team actively networked with developers, retailers, investors, and brokers, engaging in deal-focused conversations and relationship-building that remain at the core of the ICSC experience. The event’s format emphasized face-to-face meetings, targeted networking sessions, and a trade show floor designed to facilitate connections across the marketplace industry.

In addition to networking, ICSC@RED RIVER featured educational programming focused on current retail and commercial development trends, including market expansion strategies, tenant demand, and evolving site selection considerations across the Red River region. These sessions provided valuable insights that align closely with Sealy’s ongoing commercial and mixed-use initiatives in Northwest Louisiana.
The team also represented Sealy with branded promotional materials highlighting two key projects: Haughton Place, a new commercial development in Haughton, LA, and Heart of Bossier, Sealy’s 190,000 SF retail and office property in Bossier City, LA. Both projects aimed to generate interest among attendees seeking emerging retail opportunities and well-positioned commercial sites in growing tertiary markets.
